Port Jax 1100

Jax Green Industrial begins construction of a 101,230-SF speculative heavy industrial building 1.4 miles from JaxPort in Jacksonville, Florida. Situated off I-295 with quick access to I-95, I-10, Jacksonville International Airport, and JaxPort, the facility will capitalize on quick access to land, air, and sea to meet the growing demand for fast shipping and product delivery in the competitive industrial space.

Once complete, the concrete tilt-wall structure will offer 22 dock positions, one truck ramp with a drive-in door, a 110-space parking lot, LEED conforming sustainable design, and custom floor plans to suit the needs of future tenants.

This project is expected to deliver in Summer 2023.
