William T. Spinner

Graduated from University of Florida in 1981 with a B.S. in Building Construction, and then from Florida International University in 1994 with a Masters of Construction Management. He has also taught various construction courses at Florida International University and University of North Florida as an adjunct professor. As a general contractor, Bill has built over 75 freestanding buildings and has pulled over 400 permits for interior build outs.  He served as the general contractor representative for the Construction Trades Qualifying board, and was chairman of the Industrial Technical Advisory Committee in Jacksonville. He currently serves on the board of directors for NAIOP of north east Florida. Bill has three daughters; Cassie, Georgia, and Grace.
